"Spacious" doesn't begin to describe the beautiful rooms. And "well-appointed" doesn't even come close to how amazing they are. The personal pool is as large as a standard backyard pool. The (huge) bed and bedding is to die for. I'm back home now and still imagine myself in that bed to help me fall asleep. The property is peaceful and the food is all superlative -- along with the cheerful amazing service and attentive butler.

the lunch food was ok. the breakfast food was ok as well. they provided free water. they had bicycle rental that was free. the AC worked well.

This was an amazing stay. We loved our room with sea view (sunrise facing), the breakfast selection, the kind staff. This is definitely a hotel built around families; there were so many small kids and the staff was super helpful towards all parents. Our 5 months old was treated wonderfully, we had no stress and there were stroller friendly ways to get anywhere. If you're a young couple looking for Phuket vibrant scene, this is not the hotel for you as it is far away from town, but if you are a family wanting to relax, this IS the place to be.

Staff are helpful friendly and kind. Ronald is amazing he gave us wonderful stays by lending his bike 🏍 whenever we have trouble with the rented bike (no gas etc). Jira helpful with transportation as well. Overall amazing stays.

The layout of the space was perfect. Beautiful balcony and very spacious living room and bedroom. The washer really came in handy!! The beach is a 2 minute walk and there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby. I would absolutely stay here again!!

I was very impressed with the communication between the owner and myself. The villa is kept very clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. The property manager is very accommodating. Our rooms were made made every day and water and sodas were provided for each room. I also liked that the beach was a five minute walk from the property. I would highly recommend this villa and would stay here again in the future.

What a wonderful accommodation! We visited several places in Phuket this time: Kata, Rawai, and Panwa (Ao Yon) beaches. But, to be completely honest, we could have happily stayed at The Mooring Resort for the whole trip. Now we know where we will stay on our next visit to Phuket. From the kind and welcoming staff, to the cleaning team who were like little fairies — so quick and efficient while we were enjoying the sun — everything was amazing. The towels were clean, fresh, and smelled wonderful. I was especially happy to see how much they care about hygiene and safety, because in some hotels we stayed at previously, the towels were old and had an unpleasant smell. The environment is truly special: peaceful surroundings, calm and warm seawater, and a small, lovely village where we found our favorite restaurant (Lae Lay) and a great fruit shop. There is also a transfer service to some of the restaurants in the village. If you want to have breakfast and, for example, it’s raining, the front desk will kindly help you call the restaurant and arrange a pick-up. Such a nice and thoughtful option! Our room had everything we needed, including a lovely patio where we enjoyed our morning tea and coffee. And the view… absolutely breathtaking. Opening the door in the morning and seeing that view was the perfect start to the day. And I absolutely love all the little details here! From the cute frog-shaped tap where you can rinse your feet after coming back from the beach, to the wooden hooks outside for your beach towels, and even the little hedgehog that helps remove sand from your feet — every small detail shows so much care and thoughtfulness. It’s these little things that make the stay feel even more special. Absolutely 10/10! If you are looking for a calm, peaceful, nature-loving atmosphere, this is the perfect place.
