This hotel is located up a hill away from the busy town center of Pai but only a short walk/scooter ride to get down to it- perfect for travelers who are seeking a more peaceful stay. There were lovely shared spaces such as the restaurant/eating spaces with gorgeous views and the pond area. The staff were excellent and attentive. They were very responsive to any questions/needs - each guest gets set up with a personalized WhatsApp group chat for easy communication. Excellent service overall!

The view from the room was the nicest view we've ever had when going on holiday. The room was clean and spacious and made for a perfect place to chill during our 3 night stay. The owners are also super lovely, we love the fact it is locally owned. They are based out of town so a scooter is required. But they offer a super cheap shuttle service to the main town which is very convenient. The swimming pool is also really nice. Should we ever visit Pai again, we agreed we'd stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The villa is brand new and beautifully furnished, the mix of antique and modern pieces is stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. This property had everything we needed and more! The house is spacious and very well designed for a group of people that are looking for an intimate and relaxing getaway. The house has a full kitchen including an oven which allowed us to cook a full dinner and it had plenty of dining plates, cooking ware etc. The indoor pool and sauna are a very nice touch and we really enjoyed the center living room with the beautiful chandelier, fireplace (although we didn’t use), and a nice communal couch.

Jan the host is incredible. I was welcomed with a hug and left feeling like I have a new little sister. I stayed in a new bungalow at the rear of the property and loved it, quiet and peaceful with a hammock facing a field of cows off the back of the building and a table out front if I wanted to be social, or I could go up to the dining area, pool or billiards room as well. Located near the airport and just far enough away from the walking street that there is peace but close enough that a walk or scooter into town is easy. There is a Monday market a few blocks away, a 7-11 up the road a short walk, Dad can do laundry for a good price and Mom cooks a great pad Thai available to order.

An unexpectedly beautiful place. The swimming pool with mountains behind was stunning. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were polite and friendly, and they even heated up the curry we made on our cooking class. We were sad to leave.

The room is an independent building and has a whole wall with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lighting is very good. There are outdoor seats and tables outside the room. The softness of the bed is suitable for me. The public space has a small swimming pool and lounge chairs, surrounded by grass and trees.
