A special thank you to the hotel manager and the reception team for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Their warm welcome and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

absolutely everything! many thanks for free upgrade of room!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Lakehouse rooms!!! Woww what brilliant idea! Tailor made for families it’s like having your 5*private villa within a 5*hotel.

We had an unforgettable stay at Maya World Didyma and can’t recommend it highly enough! Honestly, can’t rate it enough! From the get-go, everything was spot on. Our room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and offered all the comfort we could ask for. The staff were absolute legends their top-notch service made the whole experience even more special. The spa though… wow. That was the cherry on top. So chilled, so soothing. We’ll definitely be back!

I wasn’t sure what to expect and we were only staying for one night so didn’t expect much however it was clean, massive, comfortable rooms with stunning views. Great facilities and lots of food and drink options. What made this stay exceptional was all thanks to the lovely staff but in particular Furkan Aşkın! Furkan was incredible. So attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect from sending a message before we arrived, arranging an early check in, a welcome treat in the room, arranging a booking at the à la carte restaurant and so much more. Any questions he immediately responded and helped. A real asset to this hotel and we will definitely be back all because of him.

One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool. The water temperature was always just right, making it ideal for swimming at any time of day

The staff and treatments in the Spa were amazing. The photographer called Cuba was friendly and professional. The huge variety of beautiful seating areas to choose from throughout the entire site was spectacular. The gardens and plants were among the best I have seen at a hotel. The beach is perfect. Having an A La Carte menu night included in the stay was special for our family. Salad options at buffet meals were delicious. The fresh fried fish at the beach was a luxury and we loved it. The Manager Monica was friendly and clearly cares a lot about the hotel and its service. The Bar Manager in the Elegance bar was amazing with our children making them fresh fruit drinks. The kids loved the water slides. The only thing I wish is that more guests learned at least “please” and “thank you” in Turkish like we did as it made the staff very happy whilst they worked hard for everyone.

Overall I was really content with everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Fantastic value and clean, comfy rooms.

Location perfect, breakfast only think we ate was eggs and bread, could maybe do with a toaster, had butter, jam, honey, marmalade etc maybe some cereal

Nice all amenities clean towels n bedding

The hotel was very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. Everything was even better than the photos I had seen on Booking.com.

Lovely views, well equipped. Modern and clean

The price and the service they provided are balanced. We had a comfort time in the hotel, and everything worked smoothly. Especially recommended for families.
