The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Sanduo shopping district & MRT, easy to get around, plus the LRT aboveground tram loop was a simple walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great comfortable beds and pillows. The reception area had a really fabulous smell to it! The breakfast although slightly limited was enough. Would highly recommend staying here.

The experience at this Grand Hotel in Kaohsiung is far worse than the Grand Hotel in Taipei, where I stayed in June. The hotel here in Kaohsiung is VERY OLD and outdated!! The breakfast is not comparable to the one in Taipei. I have deep regret staying at this hotel in Kaohsiung.
