The room was clean and had a pleasant smell to it. The bathroom was also spotless

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property reminds us of the hotels in Vegas. When we first arrived there was a mix up with our room however the staff were very quick to resolve the issue and gave us an upgrade due to the inconvenience caused. A special thank you to Sarah on Front Desk. We really appreciated this and are really pleased with the level of customer service received. We would highly recommend staying in the Platinum tower which is the newer tower. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and clean. The view from the bed facing the pool and ocean are incredible. The amenities in the hotel are fantastic with a great selection of restaurants & shops. Moreover the location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance to other hotels and restaurants if you fancy checking out the area. We would definitely be recommending this hotel & hope to return soon!

Pet friendly. Handicap room was accessible and well laid out. Bed was a Fred Flintstone model...hard as a rock. Breakfast was ready at 6 as advertised. Hot and plentiful. Breakfast staff was courteous and very helpful. Booking a room for the return trip home next week. Upgrades\remodeling looked great and greatly improved our stay.

Room was large and clean. Parking was good. At check in there were chips for a free drink at the bar

The front desk staff was amazing. The first room they gave us had a funny smell, we are not people to complain but we thought we would ask if we could possibly change rooms. Without hesitation they switched our room and I must say I think we were given the best room!! It was nice and roomy and our view was amazing from the third floor!! Also the property was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The oak trees are majestic. We have stayed at the White House before and we will definitely be back again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

They stay was good nothing jumped out to me about this place.great price for the location. You can walk to the beach and walk to the casinos

The breakfast was good and the lady there very nice. In general all staff was incredibly nice and always tried to help. The rooms were big enough, the beds comfy. Location is walking distance to the beach and different kinds of restaurants.
