Amazing location just off Times Square. We had a fab city view from our room on 24th floor. It was modern, clean and super comfy. The pool was really warm despite it being October. The roof top bar offered some amazing cocktails!

Great Value & Comfortable Stay I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service — both at the front desk and from the housekeeping team — was excellent. There's convenient on-site parking and a laundry room for guests. The breakfast included in the rate was rich and tasty — I just wish there were some fresh vegetables available. There’s also a lovely outdoor area with seating, perfect for enjoying a takeaway meal. The location is great — close to major highways, convenience stores, and just a few minutes from the George Washington Bridge. Overall, excellent value for the price. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything!! Amazing location, great view from the room, extremely comfortable beds, nice and spacious room, great wardrobe. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The spa was wonderful, great gym with all the equipment you would need. Perfect pool, and the lockers were amazing with everything you need and more! Great saunas as well. Worth every penny! Perfect for a stay with kids!

This is the second time I visited West Side YMCA. You must be satisfied if you get a safe private room in Manhattan at the price of about $100 a night. And the location next to the Central Park and close to midtown is awesome. The rooms are very modest but you cannot expect luxury with their prices. However, the amenities make the hotel almost luxury, because guests are allowed to use the gym, other exercise facilities and the pool with no additional charge. They also provide luggage deposit, which they say would cost $4 per hour, but they only charged $4 in total for five hours.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Having a roof top pool was a bonus. It was small but big enough to cool off in when hot. The outside seating area was also lovely and the inside bars were gorgeous.

Lobby is bright and welcoming. Rooms are spotless clean. Food was excellent. Cold water with ice on constant supply. Very friendly staff. Felt welcomed and felt safe.
