The staff were very kind and friendly!　When I had an electrical problem in my room, one staff member came to my room and quickly fixed the problem by moving a heavy refrigerator. The staff was also kind to me when I forgot my room key. I couldn't be more grateful😭 Also, as the one from outside the U.S., I was happy that the room had a microwave and freezer so I could try American frozen foods and some deli. It was also very impressive that I could go to a nearby river and easily get in touch with beautiful nature of Eugene.

Breakfast was a hit…. The gal running it and making sure enough food was out was super kind. As well as the night clerk when we checked in. Awesome stay!

Came to the Hampton inn Eugene on a buisness trip from london Wonderful place to stay, very clean inside and in the room, lovely complimentary breakfast in the morning plenty to choose from huge thank you to the two young ladies on the front desk they were fantastic very helpful and welcoming!

Everything was good, staff (the lady at front was very friendly during check in and she explained everything eventhough she needs to say it again because there's a couple just ahead of me which I almost heard all she said to them) sorry forgot her name, facilities, location and the breakfast it's so good with so much to choose from.
