SwitzerlandThis was great, I went with a group of friends for an event and we got 2 rooms. Very nice modern, clean facilities and a good value. I wish we had arrived earlier to relax and use the pool. Would absolutely stay there again next time in Eugene.

Eugene is a college town, full of what you may expect with...
Eugene is a college town, full of what you may expect with the amount of students and others milling about town. The amount of businesses that cater to young people is great. There is an element of homeless people that do stay in the area due to it's mild climate and amount of resources available. But nothing that was much more than we see in other towns. The marijuana culture is definitely more prevalent in this town than we normally see elsewhere. BUT! Overall Eugene is a lovely place. It's so green, and pretty. And full of life. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful country town for short visit.
Beautiful country town for short visit. So much to offer for those who loves the outdoors. We were visiting for World U20s Athletics Championships. University of Oregon track and field amazing experience.

Lots of trees in this homey city, greenery and parks along...
Lots of trees in this homey city, greenery and parks along to the MaKenzie River is wonderful. You may spot beavers, eagles, hawks, fish. If you are going for a game or a show, I recommend staying longer to walk in the dozens of city parks, take in some views, enjoy eateries, breweries wholistic vibe of Eugene.

Lots of choices for shopping.
Lots of choices for shopping. However the city as a whole was dirty and filled with homeless, transient people that filled the streets and sidewalks. They even had fires on the sidewalks, doing heaven knows what. It was a bit unnerving, and fearful. I would never consider taking my children or grandchildren here.

Homeless and trash a problem, Natural setting and location wonderful, however poorly managed and maintained by the city. Uncomfortable feeling walking in town, but University area clean and very nice.

My son lived here for ten years.
My son lived here for ten years. We love coming here to visit. There is something to do for everyone. The Timbers is located in the heart of Eugene and within walking distance of great food and shops.

We were at this hotel for the first time and it was amazing! Great rooms, great pool and very good breakfast! The room has all the amenities: coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, safe, iron. Everything is done very stylishly. The owner of the hotel has very good taste 👍 Large parking! Traveling to many cities, this is one of those places where we felt safe! I recommend this hotel to everyone who will be in the city of Eugene. Thank you very much!

We thought the breakfast items were exceptional, the variety was great! The staff was very friendly! If we had time at night we would of gone for the smores kit they offered!

The apartment is located close to shops and a good selection of places to eat. It is approx a 30min walk to Hayward Field Stadium, so a good option if visiting Eugene for a Stadium event.
