Breakfast was good. Room clean.

This hotel is great. Our room was renovated and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location was great for our goal, we wanted to be close to Now Arena. For that purpose it was great. However, if you want to go to downtown, it’s really far away.

Polite, helpful, and professional staff members.

The staff were lovely and they looked after us really well. Big hotel rooms also. Great location. Ill be back there definitely.

His warm, professional attitude made every interaction a pleasure and truly enhanced our Hyatt Regency experience.

The hotel location is perfect for shopping. Woodfield Mall, Legoland are close to the hotel as also other shopping places. The choice of restaurants which are all nearby. The rooms are all nice and modern. A nice bar to finish the evening. Also, the possibility to use the outdoor pool with a nice relaxing sitting area is perfect. Next to the Hotel you have the possibility to do outside activities such as Basketball, walking ! Specially we also liked the family atmosphere. We visit in the last 21 years this hotel and we were never disappointed.

As a first time visitor to the US glad I came to Schaumburg and Hyatt House in particular. The location is spot on serene.

The staff was the highlight of my stay. I arrived late to the hotel (1:30AM) and Ms. Toni made sure I was welcomed and comfortable. She was such a delight and full of energy. I was glad to be greeted by her upon arrival and when I departed at 4:30AM. I would book again with this hotel just because of her hospitality.

Free parking, clean and comfy room and a nice team of people running the hotel.

Size of room, kitchen. And bathroom. The daily room cleaning was great. Front desk was helpful.

The entire place looked newly carpeted and freshly painted. Our room was nicely clean. The staff were very hard-working. Good breakfast with hot options.
