Our room was not tidy when we checked in, we made the front desk aware and the addressed this right away. Breakfast on Sunday ended at 10 we went there 950, pancake mix was empty, initially the employer said they were closed and we confirmed breakfast is served through 1000, she agreed and then went and got another bag of mix. A few minutes later another couple came in asking for refills as limited food options and response was they were closing but they could fix them something quickly. Pool area was also small…. Only so many people at a time before it get uncomfortable.

The room was dirty towels were dirty and stained beds weren't done appropriately blankets were missing phones were broken showers were leaking water that entered the room and was all over the floor

First room awful....grout in bathroom very dirty, used surgical gloves on ground right out side door, very loud music by people in parking lot, sliding door wouldn't lock. 2nd room...grout still very dirty, doors at least locked, couldn't wait to leave! Workers sitting on counter on their phone. Didn't even stay for free breakfast. Too expensive for what we received.
