Very spacious rooms and fully private roof top outdoor swimming pool & gym. I liked the professionalism of the staff at the reception.

The location was fantastic as it was right across the ocean and the view from throughout the property was amazing. Loved the facitilies as well specially the outdoor swimming pool and the gym. The host has been very kind as well. It was my second stay so far at this property and it was even better than the previous time.

Heritage hotel, elegant and sophisticated. Friendly and hospitable staff. Good service. Nice wind tower like architecture. Advantage is a beachfront property. Outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pools. Provision for towels while swimming at a pool or beach was included. The view with balcony was cosy with seaview. Provided a simple fruit basket in the Room added a unique touch for a quick snack that was very thoughtful. Keep it up.

It was an awesome experience like never before and the hospitality of the management was excellent. The best thing about this hotel is the staff service. The receptionist staff was so helpful and cooperative. We got early check in at 10 AM. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi speed was very good. great facilities, sauna and outdoor pool. Whole day was spent in the swimming pool 😍Crystal Plaza is great place for families. will surely go for again with this kind of hospitality.
