L’établissement Vida Dubai Mall est idéalement situé dans le centre de Dubaï. The Hotel have a very convenient and access to the dubai mall and other nice restaurants nearby. The staff are very accomodating and nice. The breakfast are the best! Its clean and ambiance is so good. There are a lot of relaxing spots to just sit and relax at the hotel where you can read book. The view of the burj khalifa is captivating. The room is cozy and clean. Definitely will go back here soon!

Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. L’emplacement est idéalement situé et l’hôtel est très propre et les infrastructures, notamment pour les enfants, sont très bien. Le personnel est très accueillant, et spécialement Noura.
