Hotel Platzl is situated in the village of Auffach in the Wildschönau high valley, just 120 metres from the cable car to the Schatzberg ski resort. Our room was lovely. We had a nice breakfast in the morning and I enjoyed meeting the owner in the morning and talking about skiing in New England in US in the 1960’s.

Excellent service with attention to detail. Breathtaking views to mountains. Breakfast buffet was great.
