However, Plamen and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, helping us find a way to transport our car to a repair garage. Their leadership, willingness to help, and dedication truly stood out. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern, the food at both restaurants was excellent, and the SPA was simply amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the warm hospitality we received.

Located in Valevtsi, 45 km from Troyan Monastery, Chalet Balkan provides accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, a spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre. We had a great weekend with my friends. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I do recommend Chalet Balkan and would love to go back again.

My husband stayed there, the place was amazing and the couple who owned the property also very lovely and helpful! My brother and sister in law will continue stay there after my husband checked out. And we will absolutely will book the place again when we visit Bulgaria next time! Highly recommended ❤️
