The hotel is a most unlikely appearance for such a small provincial town in the northern ( less developed) part of Bulgaria. I think it serves a starting ground for many guided tour activities to the amazing neighboring natural area of the Prohodna Cave. It serves thus, mainly groups of wealthy foreign tourists. The spa area is also nice. The parking area is sufficient. I only stayed here for one night as a rest stop on our returning route from Greece, but I'll be coming back for sure.
