Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

I loved the hotel, the staff and the suites. Really felt comfortable. As someone travelling with a large cooler, I surely appreciated having a standard sized refrigerator in my suite. The hotel was modern and clean. Decent assortment of breakfast items. The gym had an appropriate amount of equipment which I used. Towels provided at the gym. I would definitely stay here again. All the staff were lovely, from front desk to housekeeping to shuttle driver.

The hosts. Tony and Bonnie were what made the stay extra special - very welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. Bonnie made a lovely breakfast (omelette, toast, fruit cocktail etc) which was delicious, served with the other guests staying there - which was different but nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely big bed. Location wise - it was a 10 minute walk into Niagara on the lake - so far enough away to be quiet and peaceful and avoid the crowds....and close enough to walk into the bars cafes and shops.....And they have a pool.

The location was fabulous. Just a short walk to the CN Tower and Wright on the street car route so easily accessible from anywhere in Toronto. The staff were beyond amazing, taking the time to not only be friendly and professional but also help with filling in tax forms and giving great local insight on restaurants and I love the fact that they have a sheet behind the reception which is each of their favourite eateries, a real personal touch. Cannot tell you how fabulous the staff are in this hotel!
