It was an exceptional experience in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent organization and attention to detail. I would like to especially thank Mr. Wael for his outstanding cooperation, refined manner, and unwavering commitment to guest comfort. He fulfilled all my requests professionally and with a genuine smile, making my stay incredibly easy and comfortable. I also extend my sincere thanks to all the hotel staff, without exception, for their excellent service.

This is a very nice, spacious, clean two bedroom apartment with great views of the mountains and bonus sounds of the waters from the mountains gushing near the building. It sounded like we were next to a river which we enjoyed. A huge balcony welcomes you to the outdoors and those mountain views. This was a last minute add on to our trip and the hosts were incredibly nice to accommodate an early check in for us which we appreciated immensely. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night! Next time we will stay longer!

Offering an indoor pool and a spa and wellness centre, Hôtel de Rougemont & Spa in Rougemont features Alpine-style rooms with free WiFi, and some are fitted with a terrace or balcony. Everything, from check in until check out. Eva had checked us in prior to our arrival and it was the smoothest/ fastest check in ever. Got out of the car and straight into our upgraded suite. The rooms were simple and elegant, balcony view was awesome

What a pleasure to return to the Adler after a day’s activities & hit the sauna or whirlpools, then a relaxing swim before dinner. This is a real vacation in my opinion. I am longing to return already!

Situato nel villaggio chiuso al traffico di Wengen, un piccolo paradiso soleggiato ai piedi dei monti Eiger, Mönch e Jungfrau, il Beausite Park Hotel & Spa vanta viste suggestive, una cucina... Our room was in the attic with a forest view from the bedroom and a town view from our little deck, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The spa and sauna was very special too.The breakfast was magnificent. The shuttle collected us from the train, which was handy as the hotel is at the top of town.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.
