I could not fault anything, the facilities provided were spot on, view from the balcony and windows was awesome. It was nice and clean, most importantly check in was stress free with underground parking. Its based in the center so all the shops were easily accessible by foot. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you Piotr, you are a legend.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday.
