The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

I like very much the treatment from the staff, who are amazing persons. The view from any place at the hotel is awesome, is clean, quiet and it has a good familiar atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back, I even extended my stay!

L'hotel gode di una posizione idilliaca e tranquilla sopra Wilderswil. Dog friendly hotel. Good breakfast. Close to nature. Very nice and friendly staffs both at the reception and in the restaurant. The staffs were all friendly to my dog too :)

La struttura è molto carina, il piccolo appartamento al piano terra che ci hanno fornito è davvero molto accogliente, per due persone, con cucinino ben fornito di vettovaglie e posate ben pulite, olio e sale. Salviette e asciugamani in quantità, spazio negli armadi, radiatori elettrici... Un piccolo bell'ambiente caldo e accogliente! In mezzo alla campagna con silenzio, l'aria frizzante, comodo per gli spostamenti, a 5min da Brienz e 20 da Interlaken. Non abbiamo usufruito dei loro stessi servizi, non saprei valutare. Ricordarsi l'adattatore per i caricabatterie! La signora comunque è stata gentile e ce lo ha fornito lei!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.
