Everything was absolutely perfect! Especially, The receptionist -young girl forgot her name, but she came from Portugal … at the check-in was very kind, smart, helpful and attentive to all the details. Thanks to her, ❤️🙏😻because of her there was a special love for this hotel. She was caring towards all the hotel guests. She told us everything on the map, which places are worth visiting, and at what time. Employees like her deserve special rewards. 🙏✔️📌It's a pity that we didn't have any cash. We would have been very happy to tip her for the incredible service and human attitude. I always ready to come back to this hotel, best in town with service.

We loved our stay. The view from our room was spectacular and the town of Beatenberg felt like a pastoral retreat at the end of our touring days. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the mini golf course in particular. There are many hiking trails to explore right from the hotel. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed longer.

It had a balcony overlooking Lake Thun. Although close to a train line, that was not an issue at all. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn't use. It had a fridge. The bus nearby was easy to catch, although it only came every hour (bus No. 60), which you could take to Interlaken West/Ost and Spiez.
