Amazing hotel, amazing service, great location

Great location. supper clean. everything in the Refrigerator is fee! great breakfast. 24 hr front desk and they are super friendly.

Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Best part of the house was you are provided many things to create different elements according to your mood. Thanks to lovely host. For those not renting car, Bus stop is next door and regular bus for Interlaken, Just check bus timings. (Comfortable check out timings.

Comfortable rooms, plenty to do. Wellness centre & pool made the accommodation feel elevated. As well as the unforgettable scenic views - perfect!

It felt like a home away from home! The views were stunning and the apartment was really comfortable. Was nice to be able to come back, take a bath and watch a few movies after a long day of hikes and exploring. Did not want to leave this place!

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in. It’s spacious plus the view from balcony to Bernese oberland mountains is just stunning. Small details in apartment like cd player, egg holder, couch throw were amazing and made us feel home. This property is part of Dorint hotel group in Beatenberg. This is 20-25 mins bus ride away from Interlaken west bus station. Beatenberg doesn’t have too many restaurants or grocery store so better buy them in interlaken itself. This is good for quaint stay.

Clean, easy access to facilities, friendly staff and other campers were also respectful. Great communication from the facility and easy walk to buses.

The location and cleanliness was great.

It is a cozy comfy apt with a lovely view of the lake. It is well equipped and very central to our interests. Altough one can hear the train during the day as much as you hear any traffic, this was not an issue at night... once asleep it didnt bother us in the least

Love the quietness and large space. All things are working and are in good condition. Connection to Interlaken Station is convenient with a short bus ride for about 16 mins. The lake view is stunning.

Property was enormous and very clean its close to bus train station

Super nice staff. Due to the flood in Zermatt, we are not sure if we could continue the journey, the hotel staff are very nice allowing us to store the luggage overnight so that we could decide later. Very quiet and clean place.

If you’re coming by car, the location is truly excellent. It’s very close to big supermarkets and there’s no parking issue. If your car is small, you can use the private underground garage that belongs to the apartment, but if it’s large, you can park in the public parking area—both are great options. Many guests mentioned the train noise; yes, you do hear the train, but once you close the windows, it’s absolutely not disturbing while sleeping. The sound only lasts about 10 seconds, so it’s not really a big deal. What you should know, however, is that if you’re coming with a group and tend to be noisy, this place is not for you. It’s a family-oriented and ultra-quiet neighborhood. After 10 p.m., you need to be extra careful, as it gets very quiet. The cleanliness and provided amenities were also very good.

It had a balcony overlooking Lake Thun. Although close to a train line, that was not an issue at all. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn't use. It had a fridge. The bus nearby was easy to catch, although it only came every hour (bus No. 60), which you could take to Interlaken West/Ost and Spiez.
