The staff here were very lovely, they remembered it was our honeymoon and even decorated room with some fake flowers. The room came with free pass to gym and indoor swimming pool and could upgrade to use hot tub/spa there for extra 6 francs- sitting in outdoor spa watching the mountains was one of our favourite things we did! Restaurant has beautiful view of mountains and the aperol spritz cheesecake was amazing! Grocery store 5min walk away Overall a lovely stay

We loved everything about this hotel- from the spacious, comfortable, well designed rooms to the picturesque outdoor swimming pool. They even have an area for hot bath, jacuzzi, sauna etc. It is located in a convenient location near the train station. Breakfast was also good.

Very clean room in very good new condition. Nice table and chairs to eat your meals on. Checked in with the app before we arrived so just went straight to our room. It's wonderful to have a kitchenette in expensive Switzerland to save some Euros. Aldi right next door. A great free outdoor swimming pool right across the road also. TV has channels from many different countries. The laundrette in the building is great too. Costs a few Euros.

It’s fine and easy that the hotel is inside a shopping mall. For the kids it was great that they can use the indoor swimming pool for free every day.

Extremely friendly staff, various breakfast options (including tasty muesli), breathtaking view from the room to mountains (the staff was super kind to upgrade me to a room with a view so I could enjoy the view of magnificent Jungfrau peak every morning, along with other peaks, meandering Lauterbrunnen valley). They also provide you with Murren guest card which gives various discounts and free indoors swimming pool at the Murren Sportzentrum (a few minutes away). In addition, they allowed to rent a sledge for free.
