First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Second, the creativity and variety of the restaurant menu are worth mentioning. The hotel location DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE.. it is ridiculously so close to the station with such a great view and vantage points to the Mountains…. And of course, THE OUTDOOR JACUZZI is an amazing touch !!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The little details they have for you are just amazing. The parking is also under the hotel. The hotelroom is clean and pretty. This was the first time our dog was traveling with us and before we came here we stayed at a few other hotels (also 4 star hotels) this hotel was the only one that had already prepared a dogbed + bowls for food and drink!

Great apartment in a fantastic location The apartment is conveniently located near elevators leading to the mountain lake. Everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful time as a family. The snowy weather was magical, and the location is close to public transportation and stores, making it very convenient. The town itself is cozy, and the ski track nearby is perfect for teaching children and beginners how to ski, as well as for sledding. Everything you need is within easy reach. The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The managers were very responsive and helpful. The free parking downstairs, accessible by elevator, made transporting our luggage hassle-free. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
