The attention from the staff was amazing. They gave us a lot of tips, were helpful and nice. They even spoke Spanish which was very convenient to our family. The hotel was great and beautiful both inside and the views outside. The rooms were super clean, wirh enough space for 4 people, free coffee, minibar and a fridge. They stored our luggage and took it to the room when it became available while we were exploring Zermatt. Beautiful location and super close to the train station. They even have a shuttle service which was very helpful for all our heavy luggage and older people. Breakfast was included and it was overall good like a continental breakfast

This hotel is amazing. From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say. We arrived at the train station and just had to call the hotel to bring us via private transport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe family room which was great. I cannot fault this stay at all would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect: the room (very comfortable beds), the hotel facilities and spa with the pool and saunas, the healthy breakfast choices, the cleanness, the location (not on the main and busy street of the village but still quite close to ski lifts, restaurants, etc). The service was impeccable and friendly. The hotel owners and workers take care of their hotel with love and very attentive to their guests needs. We had my husband’s birthday during our stay and they arranged a nice surprise birthday cake for him. If possible, go also for the room with the Matterhorn view- to see its majestic peak with sun shining over it in front of your balcony is really worth of a extra money! If we go to Zermatt again, this hotel would be my preferred place to stay in.

The hotel’s staff are superbly friendly and offer an unforgettable experience during my stay in Zermatt.I would like to praise the hotel’s staff who attended to us during our check in on 10/7/24 evening.I forgot to ask her name but i would really say that she is the most friendly hotel staff i had encountered during my 9 days stay in several hotels all over Switzerland.She gave us a pleasant surprise and we appreciate it so much 😍.The facilities provided by the hotels are value for money and I’m beyond words to describe how enjoyable and welcomed we are during our stay at the hotel in Zermatt.The breakfast provided are really nice with wide variety of choices. I will definitely be back and stay in this hotel again in the future.I also highly recommend this hotel to those who would like to find a perfect stay in Zermatt.

The staff and attention to detail! We travelled with our 2 month old and they made our first trip so special.

Great location. Close to train station. Great facilities at the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great lots of choice and great hot breakfast options. It’s has a very unusual style but we really loved it and would definitely go back. The facilities were also excellent I had a fabulous massage and the flotation cabin is an absolute must!! Thank you to all the staff they were so helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was 2 minutes walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and cafes. The hotel had an International restaurant and a more traditional restaurant with fondue options. There was also a bar that we could use after a day of walking and exploring. A very generous breakfast was provided with all the expected hot and cold options. Our room had a balcony with an awesome view of The Matterhorn especially in the early morning light.

The hotel is just wonderful. Location right in the center. The staff is very kind, polite, patient. They are very attentive, always ask how are you, if everything is okay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning twice a day, in the evening they even make the bed for sleeping. The food is very tasty. Compliment to the kitchen. The spa is clean and cozy, the pool is also good

Brilliant central location 150m from Zermatt railway station and less than 100m from mountain cog railway. No need to worry about using an electric taxi. 1 minute from main street - supermarkets and shops. Magic view of Matterhorn from terrace, bedroom and living room. Modern stylishly furnished apartment all facilities inc Nespresso machine. Two bathrooms. Ground floor no stairs or lifts to worry about. So good as we had large cases. Very friendly people in the apartment block..All in all magnificent place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and very well maintained. The facilities were modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay both relaxing and convenient.

Breakfast is small, but very high quality and tasty, that after it satiated. Good transportation for guests from the parking lot, to the hotel itself, all convenient and quick, no stress.

What was not to like! The location was incredible, the staff were some of the best I have ever encountered, it was all amazing! They even went out of the way to pick us from the train station and organize an early breakfast since we were leaving early. We are definitely coming back!
