It was fantastic! The staff - especially Noemi at reception were wonderful. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also exceptional.

They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. 100 points for the breakfast here - we enjoyed our leisurely breakfast at the Rex. Loved the property We stayed at the guesthouse. Fantastic location - quick access to the town, fab restaurants around and a quick access to a leisurely hike too :)

stunning location, views, breakfast, there’s an oldest (and the only, I believe) cinema in Zermatt in this hotel. SPA is great, rooms are very cosy and spacious

Brilliant central location 150m from Zermatt railway station and less than 100m from mountain cog railway. No need to worry about using an electric taxi. 1 minute from main street - supermarkets and shops. Magic view of Matterhorn from terrace, bedroom and living room. Modern stylishly furnished apartment all facilities inc Nespresso machine. Two bathrooms. Ground floor no stairs or lifts to worry about. So good as we had large cases. Very friendly people in the apartment block..All in all magnificent place to stay.

Amazing unique hotel with wonderful facilities and friendly staff right in the heart of Zermatt. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and dining in the restaurant. We also loved having our room upgraded to a Suite!

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

This hotel exceeded all expectations — truly exceptional in every way. The service was outstanding, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome; nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious options. Returning from skiing each day to a thoughtful little surprise was such a lovely and memorable touch. The spa was the perfect way to unwind and really completed the experience. The entire hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. Without a doubt, this was a five-star stay from start to finish!
