Not sure why this is a 3 Star hotel, absolutely fantastic - from the first to the last moment. Exceptionally kind employees, from receptionist to waitress and Chef de Service. Clean, great SPA, good location and fantastic for the price.

fantastic hotel in Zermatt, 400m from the train station. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were great, There is a very nice pool. Great hotel for families.
