The instructions provided were extremely clear. We didn't get to meet the hosts but they seemed really nice. We had the indoor swimming pool to ourselves! We really had a good time in Petit havre de paix.

The host at the property went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was beautifully quiet, the view was stunning and the breakfasts were delicious but it was definitely the welcoming and friendly staff who were the icing on the cake. Thank you so much.

We had a great long weekend at Mad Retreat which is a brand new facility with elegantly designed chalet rooms and a superb SPA area. The hotel has a beautiful garden area in nature, a beautiful heated outdoor pool with a view of the Alps and very elegant chalet style rooms. It is located within a 10 minute walk to Haute Nendaz. The service was also great, we really enjoyed their vegetarian restaurant, the forest walk activity that we attended (there were several yoga/pilates/mediation sessions) and the super helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend Mad Retreat for a calm and relaxing weekend in Nendaz!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The restaurant was outstanding, with top-quality food that exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, which was very close to the property. The mountain view from the balcony was incredible. The double bed was comfortable. The property was in a good location, reasonably close to Sion, and with a boulangerie within walking distance for breakfast.

The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.
