We are upgraded to newly built units with modern facilities such as touch panel, washing toilet, nice Mountain View balcony, comfortable beds and sofa. Good size indoor swimming pool and spa.

Experience very good ,swimming pools and all other outdoor facilities.Beds very comfortable and breakfast having a different food choices.

The room was comfortable and had a skylight window with views of the mountains. There is an outdoor hot tub, and it is fun to sit and relax in the hot water at the end of the day with snow falling on your face. The indoor swimming pool is not too warm but good for swimming laps for exercise. The hotel has a very good ski gear storage area with good lockers to fit skis., poles, boots, helmets and gloves. the hooks that hold the boots, etc. allow them to dry out overnight.

Had nice facilities like indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. Included a coffee and dessert session in the afternoon We had a room with a view of the Matterhorn Had the little extras like hotel slippers for that bit of luxe.

We had an awesome stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is excellent with big, comfortable rooms, a warm, cosy atmosphere and the views are outstanding; including of the Matterhorn from the indoor swimming pool. Breakfasts were a great start to the day. Located right in Zermatt it is easy to walk everywhere.

Just a minute or two from the train station and the Gornergrat railway station away. They have a nice indoor pool to swim and an indoor hot tub, although the water could be a bit warmer for me. Sauna is only in use from 4pm onward

We had a terrace with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. There is a beautiful swimming pool with a hot tub and windows looking towards the Matterhorn. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a shuttle service from the station.

Hotel recently renovated. We stayed in a junior suite with Matterhorn view. Excellent facilities: spa, swimming pool indoor and outdoor, spacious ski room with heated lockers incl space for helmets, gloves, skis, boots. Super friendly and caring staff. Great restaurant. Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice :-).
