Absolutely fantastic location for families. Ski in, ski out, huge ski resort. Loads of sledging opportunities and great restaurants. Friendly staff. Very clean self serviced apartments with great kitchen facilities. Our apartment was 2 bedrooms with an upstairs almost like a mini chalet. Gorgeous views from the balcony.

Location, staff, food, room size. They even have a shuttle taking the guest to the sky slopes - as we had our stay during ski season. The spa center is a big +.

Location was good. everything was available there. plenty of fun activities for hikers, bikers and for families.

The apartment is well located, renovated, looks very good, and has quality furniture and utensils for everything you need. Its location makes it easy to transport for check in and out, being very close to the Prodains cable car. It has a ski room, directly accessible to the slope, etc. TV with Netflix access is a plus, although the TV diagonal is relatively small. And in Avopriaz, you can find everything you need within walking distance.

When we arrived, there was a sign saying check-in was between 5pm and 7pm. We had a little wander around but didn’t find anyone, so we left our bags in the ski lockers and came back at 5pm. We were then greeted by a lovely gentleman who gave us the key and explained all the facilities. Our apartment was on the bottom floor in a separate building, connected by two lifts, and it was really easy to find. The room itself was comfortable, warm, and just right for three people (a couple and another adult). There was plenty of storage space and lots of glasses and cups. We didn’t cook during our stay, but the kitchenette had a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and a double hob. One of the highlights was opening the back door to an amazing view over the valley — plus a perfect hill right outside for sledging. The ski lockers were really handy at the end of each day. We also used the swimming pool once in the evening, which was great. On departure day, our transfer wasn’t until around 2pm, and after checking out we were still able to use the pool — it was completely empty, which was a bonus. For check-out, you need to speak to the hotel staff during your stay to confirm the arrangements. I’d recommend bringing some cleaning wipes — I took a small sponge, cleaning wipes, during cloth, an old travel towel as hand towel and a bit of washing-up liquid after reading previous reviews, and it made things really easy, and I wasn't bringing any of it back in my.suitcase. You can rent towels/internet/TV, I think we only used internet once one night as due to low cloud we couldn't get signal. We took our own travel towels, so it wasn't needed. You’re asked to remove the bedding and leave it by the ski lockers, and to empty your bins. A quick clean with the hoover takes minutes. This isn't a hotel as such, but self accommodation, similar to air BnB. Emptying bins seems to be standard for the area, and you’ll see communal bins dotted around.

Really wonderful place to stay in Champery. We were met upon arrival and explained everything about the property. Host was also happy to make restaurant reservations for us which was a bonus! Couldn't recommend it better if you're on a ski holiday. Everything is within walking distance and the cleanliness and modernity of the apartment made it really feel like home. The view of the mountains from the pool was extremely beautiful!

Very nice location and staff.

It is misrepresented on Booking . Com. It feels like you are booking two rooms whereas in reality we got a studio apartment with a sofa bed and a bunk bed in a corridor next to a toilet.

Excellent breakfast and excellent pool and sauna

Staying there for the 2nd time already, great location (10 min to Avoriaz) and amazing dinner.

Good parking, good views, nice and simple

This was our second time there. It’s very close to the ski slopes. The hotel has a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna—they’re great for relaxing after a day of skiing. We had a wonderful time there. The staff is helpful.
