The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. the Structure of the hotel was very well thought for all those guests to not clash with each other in the halls 😃 The spa was especially relaxing and very well kept. Well located, close the train station. It is walking distance from the town center and very close to the train for climbing up the hill, if you plan to climb via the gondolas, it is a bit further. Amenities are good, personal very attentive and nice. The rooms have separated shower from the toilet/bathtub, which is very convenient, a plus for the hotel. From the terrace you have a nice view of the hills.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV.

Apartments were advertised as having had a makeover recently, and we could see that. Everything was immaculate and we really enjoyed having a kitchenette and balcony for ourselves.

Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating. Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out. The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was also VERY comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail. Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.

The host at the property went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.
