Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. The room was exceptional - clean and big. And modern. The toilet was huge and the very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - just a few mins walk to the main Murren train station. View was amazing (when it wasn’t foggy and weather was good).

This hotel’s location is truly fantastic, as it is situated directly in front of Mürren BLM Station, so there is no need to walk a long distance while pulling heavy luggage. Our party consisted of six people—four stayed in a family room, and the other two stayed in a separate room. The family room had a balcony and was equipped with one queen bed and two single beds, which comfortably accommodated four people. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding and furnishings were all well-prepared and in excellent condition. From the balcony, we had a clear view of the Silberhorn and the Jungfrau mountain behind it. The balcony offered a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Mürren. All the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast at the hotel was also of high quality. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was very fresh. During breakfast, a waiter came to each table to take drink orders, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (included in the breakfast). The view from the breakfast restaurant windows was also wonderful. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay.

Amazing breakfast, the room overlooks the main street with very little distance, but it is mostly quiet You do hear people going home in the evening and arriving to work in the morning but otherwise a very comfortable sleep and stay. The room was immaculate and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Super nice and friendly staff, excellent location right next to the train station, the restaurant is open till 11pm. I love the house craft beer and they have a superb house wine, highly recommend to try both. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony with beautiful views.

This is a 100 year old building, lovingly cared for by the owners/operators who are themselves fantastic hosts. It was rather cold when we were there at the end of March, lots of snow on the ground, but just a magical spot. Newly renovated bedrooms, great breakfast, picturesque location. We loved it.

Murren is the quintessential Alpine village but with several BONUS attributes. The view of the iconic alps is breathtaking. The fact that its a pain in the ass to access by requiring a cable car from Lauterbrenen and then the short train ride since it is car-free makes it just that much cooler !

Lovely, scenic, snowy and charming alpine town.

Lovely, scenic, snowy and charming alpine town. A bit of an “off the beaten track” feel. Nice and quiet. Easy access to a variety of ski slopes. Lots more variety on the other side of the valley. Friendly locals in the local businesses. Car and bus free ( local business vehicles only).

Mürren is a quiet village with good access to hikes and access to Lauterbrunnen the mountains and the Schilthorn. We would definitely stay here again. The village though is very expensive so be prepared for high costs for food.

Mürren was a great jumping off point for many hikes and adventures in the area, but was much more laid-back and less crowded than Lauterbrunnen. At the same time, it had plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants for our needs.

Stunning car free village high in the mountains, which requires a gondola and train to reach. We loved it. Great restaurants with exceptional views. You could walk around at night and just marvel at the majestic sights and fun atmosphere. We had dinner at the Edelweiss on the outside balcony twice. Magical views, staff was fun, welcoming and always smiling. Had the fondue and gelato, both were excellent! We had a great time staying in Murren.

This miiiiiight be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. If you can get the view over the valley, it's priceless. I had a private balcony and I could see Stechelberg far below, and Wengen in the distance. Eiger, Jungfrau and Moncke were directly opposite. Murren's a lovely place to begin with, and the hotel is nicely placed close to both Coop and the train station. The restaurant's nice too. This place isn't cheap, but come on. It's Murren.

Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Location next to lift, and next to public sports center (swimming pool / spa). The cosiest après-ski bar of Mürren is next to the hotel.
