They provide Breakfast buffet and it was quite nice. Also, the view from the mountain facing rooms is AMAZING!! Location is fantastic!! Close to train station and Cable Car station, lots of little shops and restaurants around - very convenient. Ben at the Front Desk was also extremely helpful and friendly. I loved my stay here.

I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a better room. The room was exceptional. Ski room was great and opened up to the laneway that leads to the lifts, a walk of about 50m. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in the centre of town opposite the COOP. The walk from the Stechelberg cable car was less than 5 minutes. Cannot fault the staff, they are the best in the business!

The staff were super friendly, especially Eva, Rodrigo, and Arthur and his cat, Murzi. Big room for three and they gave us a room for with a balcony and view even though it usually came with an extra fee. Good heating, clean bathroom, and literally in front of the Mürren BLM. The best part? The pizza! The reviews were right. This hotel serves the best pizza in Switzerland. I ordered the 007 pizza with extra spicy chili, and it did not disappoint and actually exceeded expectations. Sure, it's a bit pricey overall, but you're in the best place to view the alps in Switzerland! Everywhere is pricey, and this hotel gave the best bang for buck, with a really cozy atmosphere during really cold nights.

This is a 100 year old building, lovingly cared for by the owners/operators who are themselves fantastic hosts. It was rather cold when we were there at the end of March, lots of snow on the ground, but just a magical spot. Newly renovated bedrooms, great breakfast, picturesque location. We loved it.

Murren is the quintessential Alpine village but with several BONUS attributes. The view of the iconic alps is breathtaking. The fact that its a pain in the ass to access by requiring a cable car from Lauterbrenen and then the short train ride since it is car-free makes it just that much cooler !

Lovely, scenic, snowy and charming alpine town.

Lovely, scenic, snowy and charming alpine town. A bit of an “off the beaten track” feel. Nice and quiet. Easy access to a variety of ski slopes. Lots more variety on the other side of the valley. Friendly locals in the local businesses. Car and bus free ( local business vehicles only).

Mürren is a quiet village with good access to hikes and access to Lauterbrunnen the mountains and the Schilthorn. We would definitely stay here again. The village though is very expensive so be prepared for high costs for food.

Mürren was a great jumping off point for many hikes and adventures in the area, but was much more laid-back and less crowded than Lauterbrunnen. At the same time, it had plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants for our needs.

Stunning car free village high in the mountains, which requires a gondola and train to reach. We loved it. Great restaurants with exceptional views. You could walk around at night and just marvel at the majestic sights and fun atmosphere. We had dinner at the Edelweiss on the outside balcony twice. Magical views, staff was fun, welcoming and always smiling. Had the fondue and gelato, both were excellent! We had a great time staying in Murren.

Location, restaurant terrace, but not choice of food even the menu Fächers no fish or chicken and it’s in my view super basic, but there are many restaurants around.. The value for money compared to other hotels I saw on booking. The overnight prices were much higher The staff super friendly and helpful
