Very nice environment, spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Hotel provides EV buggy to fetch from and to Wengen train station. Whatsapp them before arrival for buggy service arrangement.

Location and staff was real good

This hotel is pure excellence, starting from the service to the hotel amenities, the love our german shepherd has received from the entire staff. We truly felt like home, and our dog did too. The breakfast is rich, fresh and fabulous, the spa is absolutely breathtaking and the restaurant topped all of our expectations.

The hotel boasts an excellent location next to the First Gondola, with helpful staff providing attentive service; the rooms are spacious with beautiful views, the breakfast features high-quality food, and a special thank you to the restaurant manager for their exceptional service.

Every thing was top shelf. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. All requests for rides to and from the train station were handled prom.

The views from our room’s balcony were to die for. The sport chalet is not much more than a hostel in reality, but it was impeccably clean and the breakfast was great.

Super nice staff. Due to the flood in Zermatt, we are not sure if we could continue the journey, the hotel staff are very nice allowing us to store the luggage overnight so that we could decide later. Very quiet and clean place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to the train station for all the mountain excursions and right in the heart of Grindelwald. Our balcony offered a stunning view of the Eiger, which was an incredible treat. The breakfast was an 11 out of 10! There was a fantastic selection of fresh fruit, an omelet station, and many other delicious choices. As someone with celiac disease, I especially appreciated the delicious gluten-free buns that were available every morning. We also looked forward to relaxing in the spa and pool each evening after our long hikes—it was the perfect way to end the day.

I like everything about this hotel...location is perfect!
