We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We were welcome by a very charming lady who made us feel so home in Switzerland. The room was very spacious, light, clean and equipped with everything we need. Sadly we did not have enough time to use their spa zone but I believe it would be nice as well. The hotel has a great location: 10 mins from the bus station and 5 mins walking distance from the main landmarks of the city. When we checked out we needed to leave our bags in the hotel and the girl on the reception was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave it there. Her name was Icetea and I would really want to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole staff of the hotel. I can totally recommend staying there if you are in Lucern.

An incredibly beautiful setting. Such magical walks at the lake and the view of it for breakfast and dinner. Very personal and friendly atmosphere. Good place to travel with dogs. Wonderful setting for doing some writing just watching the light on the water

This was the most pet friendly and comfortable and kind place I ever experienced. The staff were amazing, especially to my dog, and made sure his experience was just as relaxing and fun as mine. He didn’t want to leave. They were super respectful and always positive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. The hotel itself was the most calming environment I have ever been in, and always smelt amazing, in every room. The beds were insanely comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud and the views and air and snow were also amazing. You felt really healthy and happy here.

Location is beautiful and close to train station. Facilities were perfect, rooms clean and staff helpful. Was given a wrong room at first, which I had to spend the first night; however upon discussing the issue, the person in charge was able to transfer me to the room which I booked.
