This hotel was the beginning of our amazing holiday in Switzerland. We appreciated the room with extra space. The bed was comfortable, the room was very cozy and warm. The hospitality of the staff was definitely very professional - everyone was kind and ready to help. The bus station is in front of the hotel. The city center is 10 mins away by bus. Lovely stay and delicious breakfast! The parking also very much appreciated.

The Roesli Guest House is situated in the heart of Lucerne, close to the Spreuer Bridge. You enjoy free access to the sister hotel's renovated outdoor pool across the street.

Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cosy, and the bathroom was a bit small but clean and perfect for our 1 day stay. The pool area was clean, and towels were provided. We enjoyed our visit.

The hotel was amazing: from the big room with lots of commodities (nespresso, tea, slippers, bathrobes, etc) to things like, an umbrella, sewing kit, skincare products (moisturizer, cotton pads, etc). The view from the room to the lake was amazing. The breakfast was really tasty with a great view and had a variety of choices. We also used the free spa which included sauna and other facilites. Lastly, we booked a fondue dinner at the huts/cabins and was a really nice experience, great service, food and views. Definitely recommend!

Magnificent property on the shores of Lake Lucerne. Exceptional staff who did everything they could to ensure our stay was first class. Magnificent accommodation and stunning views over the lake. This is a first class hotel and I highly recommend it.

Very personal and friendly treatment from checkin with offered Prosecco to small bottle of champagne in our room. Celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday and everyone knew about it. Dinner at the Spices restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet and options were excellent! Loved the spa facilities too.

Fantastic property! Beautiful architecture, surrounding views across lake and mountains make this place a great retreat, yet it is very well connected to Luzern. Cuisine is exceptional and staff are wonderful. Will be returning to experience spring as well, great all year location!
