The staff were all so friendly and helpful and were so lovely to our 4 year old son spoiling him with chocolate every time we came back which made him very happy! The breakfast staff were particularly lovely and breakfast delicious. Upgrade on our rooms was very much appreciated and the top floor room had a wonderful terrace and view. Spa was great and so was the massage. Location great overlooking the water and a short walk into the main part of town, and staff very helpful on local activities and restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay!

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

The location of ROSELI in respect of access to transport and tourist attractions that visitors would want to see in the Luzern area is excellent. The ability to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel across the street was a real bonus for the grand children who were travelling with us.
