I did the booking via booking.com, either I made a mistake or booking.com did and forgot to include my son as part of the guess list. The staff were very helpful and prepare a sofa-bed for my son to sleep.

Wonderful choice this hotel.love it so much .the view is amazing and the room is clear the bed is comfortable. The reception is professional give us check in every informations,there also have swimming pool the water is warm it’s a good choice to swim here and enjoy the snow mountain. Me and my husband are travelling a lot and over the last 10 years we`ve been to many great hotels. The Cambrian from now on will be on our top list. Let me list just a few things that impressed us: 1) beautiful interior! the hotel is new and designed with a style and comfort. Rooms are of a good size and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking! You can find everything that you need in the room including the tea and coffee maker. The cosmetics in the bathroom are the best quality too. 2) for the breakfast everyone will find something for himself as there is plenty of choice. We also had dinner in the hotel and we equally enjoy it 3) The spa zone offers saunas, steam room, interior and exterior pools and the relaxing area. We love them all! And they are a great addition to your stay when you are traveling in the low season 4) finally the location of the hotel - close to the city center, restaurants and for walking trips 5) last not least, the Reception customer service and all the hotel personnel who we met. They are all very kind and helpful! I was greatly surprised when they remembered about our anniversary and left a message in our room. And I was even more touched when my husband left a computer mouse in the room while we checked out - and the hotel contacted us and sent us this computer old mouse by post to our home address! Yes, The Cambrian are exceptional! We will be returning and recommending this beautiful place!

The staff accommodated all of our special requests. The accommodation cost included ski equipment hire from the shop across the road. Excellent restaurant on site. Lovely room. Friendly staff.

Good location as it was nearby Lake Oeschinen cable car and train station. Both are about 10 mins walk away from the accommodation based on slow walking speed and google map directions :D The apartment was beautiful, very clean and responsive host, a shame that we were only there for 1 night due to planned itinerary. There was a lift available which was a life saver since we had many luggage. Was able to store luggage first since came much earlier than check-in time. Comfortable for family of 5, would definitely recommend to others :)

Materials and interior in room - especially the bathrooms! Amazing spa and proximity to local town. Excellent door-to-door ski lift access. Breakfast was great too! Great staff.
