Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. The exclusive 5,500 m² Victoria Jungfrau Spa is equipped with 2 pools (outside and inside), a sauna, and a steam room, Fitness, sports, and health coaching are also offered. Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.
