The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. the hotel is located in a beautiful area with amazing views all around not bad the room was comfortable and wonderful and beautifully designed

The view from the balcony and windows was amazing. The room was nicely decorated. The bed and quilt were very comfortable. It was close to the lake and the town was beautiful.

What an incredible location! The property was right in the middle of so many places we wanted to visit in this beautiful area. We loved having our evening meals on the balcony overlooking lake Thun. I fully agree with the other reviewers - this is an absolutely amazing, stylish apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment is super-comfortable, clean and quiet; it exceeded our expectation. We liked everything. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances. There is Nespresso coffee machine and the pods are provided. The dishwasher pods are also provided in sufficient quantities. The apartment is very spacious and provides many cupboards, wardrobes and other cabinets, which is useful. Parking is just across the corridor. It was very convenient as we did not have to carry all our luggage from and to the car. It is included in the price. The host is very helpful, the communication was perfect. The apartment is in Dorint hotel and all hotel facilities are available at no extra cost. There is indoor pool, hammam and sauna next door. There is also mini-golf right next to the apartment. All the necessary equipment is provided in one of the cupboards. Beatenberg is a slightly isolated village but, still, there is a small bakery and supermarket, accessible by bus in 5 min, so one can get all one needs. There is also a funicular heading directly to the lake. Check-in and check-out is super-easy as the keys are simply left at the hotel reception. The receptionists were very nice, attentive and friendly.
