Receptionist staff clear and friendly, both in explaining the hotel & room and allowing us to store our rucksacks for a few hours after check-out time to allow us to see the town before catching the ferry. It was a very comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I eat a plant based diet and most hotels do not offer good plant based breakfasts. I really enjoyed the oatmeal bar they had.

The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.
