Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è andato ben oltre ogni aspettativa! Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti con una gentilezza e una disponibilità che oggi è davvero difficile trovare. Ogni persona dello staff ci ha fatto sentire speciali e ci hanno coccolati, rendendo la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo apprezzato tantissimi piccoli e grandi gesti: ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in un’ora prima, ci hanno sorpreso facendoci trovare una torta deliziosa in camera il giorno del mio compleanno. Ogni volta che scendevamo dal taxi addirittura ci aprivano la portiera dell'auto — un’attenzione che dice tutto su quanto tengano ai propri ospiti. L'assistenza tecnica è disponibile in qualsiasi momento, perfino in tarda serata. Inoltre, quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la stanza, ce l’hanno cambiata immediatamente. La colazione e la cena sono davvero buonissime. In spiaggia si può usufruire gratuitamente di ombrellone, sdraio e asciugamani. Il minibar della camera veniva continuamente rifornito di acqua, coca-cola e birra. C'è persino un trenino per bambini con cui poter fare dei giri all'interno della struttura. E ribadiamo che ogni membro dello staff (camerieri, receptionist, assistenti tecnici, ecc.) è sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Insomma, siamo rimasti davvero colpiti: per tutto quello che abbiamo ricevuto, il prezzo pagato è stato più che giusto. È uno di quei posti dove non vedi l’ora di tornare!

A 200 metri da Dadonghai Beach, Sanya Sun and Sea Gueshouse offre un ristorante, e alloggi climatizzati provvisti di balcone e WiFi gratuito. Great location: walking distance to the beach, various shops and restaurants right down the property. Very convenient. It’s also close to a few attractions. The owner is friendly, very helpful and understanding. The unit we stayed had a great ocean view.

The hotel may serve a model on how to make a guest happy: new, modern, spacious, spotless clean, everyday room service, daily supply of bottled water. We stayed in a comfortable two-room nicely furnished suite with a conviniently arranged and well equipped kitchenette. Just outside the hotel there are bus stops to take you to key tourist attractions. Opposite a huge night market with best in Sanya food section. Lots of shopping options around. The hotel seems to be a bit too far from downtown, but this offers an opportunity to see life as it is and not created specially for tourists. It takes around twenty minutes to slowly walk to a lovely Sanya Beach, but the hotel offers a free of charge drive there, so no worries. A very professional reception staff makes a stay there truly enjoyable. Here our special thanks go to Leo. With all those smartphone language translators communication is not a problem.

Based on the legendary Lost Atlantis city-state, Atlantis Sanya is a one-stop entertainment resort destination integrating hotels, restaurants, shopping, water parks. It was an excellent place. One of the best Hotels I’ve ever been to. I booked a suite and it came with a personal Butler her name is Noza and she really took care of me and my wife. I will certainly Recommend Atlantis.

Set just beside the Haitang Bay, Sanya Haitang Bay Muyu Time Seaview Apartment offers self-catering accommodation in Sanya, only a 3-minute drive from Yalong Bay. The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything we needed. It was cleaned every two days with fresh towels provided. The pool was great and a welcome relief. The owner was great in communication and the staff were on hand when we needed. Whilst the location is a significant distance from Sanya, everything we needed was in walking distance. Great beach (20mins) Street side restaurants (10). Grocery store (10mins). We had a driver for the week which gave us access to the tourist attractions.
