The front desk staff and the hotel attendants were all very attentive and pleasant. The subway entrance is right next to the hotel, and a shopping mall. Very convenient. The breakfast selections were very good. We had to leave early to catch a train, they provided nice to-go bags for us to pack our breakfast stuff. A big thanks to the Chief Concierge Mr. Wang, he was so very kind and extremely helpful in making arrangement for us for a full day driver for sight seeing.
