This hotel exceded all my expectations, the rooms are on a whole level, the swimming pool and Gym are increíble, they have excellent rates for Changing USD and the staff goes above And beyond to assist with any issue you have.

The hotel is at the central location of Xi’an. Very easy access to lots of attractions by foot or taxi. The apartment was very specious , super clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful, housekeeping staff called Xiao Ru who serviced my room was super polite and friendly , she did very good job. Breakfast was excellent, lots of varieties of local cuisines were provided daily.

Located besides Tang Paradise, a 9-minute drive from Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Gran Melia Xian offers accommodation in Xi'an, featuring private gardens, a lake and an international brand shopping mall....

Honestly we loved everything. One of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Luxury everywhere. And the staff genuinely care about helping. The club lounge was great.and the breakfast was world class. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Many of the staff speak English, unlike most Chinese hotels. We recommend CROWN PLAZA Xi'An Weiyang. Yanni Bai in the club lounge was very helpful and inhanced our visit. Kudos Yanni.

Everything about this hotel was spot on – but the best was the staff; they couldn't have been more helpful, especially Zachary in the reception area – he went above and beyond to ensure we navigated the language and the locations of sightseeing activities easily. I highly recommend this hotel.
