Just 10min drive from the airport, the hotel arranged a free shuttle bus service both for my arrival and departure (the driver is a gentleman who speaks English, very polite and helped also with my suitcase). Staff at the reception and concierge were professional and helpful. I tried the in-room dining and the food options were good and had an honest price. I just stayed one night because I was taking a connecting flight to the capital.

Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. Making the traditional modern, the luxurious InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort presents beautiful Nakhi courtyard architecture, surrounded by lush greenery. The property was amazing!! We upgraded our room so all the amenities were included and it was really worth it. The staff were exceptional, especially (Bena and Ricardo)who payed so much attention to make sure we were happy with everything and well taken care of. We highly recommend this property! A+

We appreciated the personal touches and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

The butler pingping arranged for us was extremely patient, and the details were perfect! The room was even more stunning than the pictures. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sound insulation was also good. I slept soundly until morning, and the hygiene was also done very well. The hotel's location is amazing. You can get to the hotel entrance by car or choose the shuttle bus. It's super convenient. The breakfast was extremely diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I felt full of energy to start the day after eating.
