Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. You can get to the hotel entrance by car or choose the shuttle bus. It's super convenient. The breakfast was extremely diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I felt full of energy to start the day after eating.
