Beach is clean and water is nice to swim in - room is big, nice and very clean - very good variety of food (could have more vegetarian options), nice quality - stuff is extremely friendly and helpful - overall: a really nice and romantic set up (even to propose, wedding venue, or else) for couples or a bunch of friends / family; if you need some time off to relax and enjoy yourself: definitely THE place to be - I couldn‘t think of a better place to stay after a few weeks of traveling around. We appreciated how simple they made the transport, including picking us up from our accommodation in Cartagena and organizing everything for the boat ride that is included in the price of the hotel. Organize staff keeps the place very clean.
