if we consider that it is glamping, the rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large. the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the hotel is on the most beautiful part of Bianca beach. The staff is very friendly, and everything is very clean.

Newly renovated resort, located in a quiet spot on the island of Baru. Ideal for a short stay, there is total tranquillity and peace. The resort and beach are beautiful; the staff are friendly and the restaurant/bar offer excellent.

Personnel was very welcoming, I asked to change a table because I wanted a better location for the honeymoon and they not only changed me the table, but prepared a dessert for us with “Felicitationes” this was a very nice surprise.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Barú! The place is absolutely perfect for relaxation, surrounded by stunning nature and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was beyond friendly, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more special.

The hotel is nice, Caribbean style rooms, nice little pool,a small pier where you can sunbathe and a little piece of beach. The hotel is incredible peaceful as it only accommodate a small number of guests and therefore the attention of the staff is unbelievable. Lucrecia and Sergio especially are amazing and they will help with any requests you have with a kindness that you'll never see anywhere else. The hotel also offers transportation service with a private boat so you can reach nearby tourist attraction( just ask and they will take you anywhere). Very satisfied and will probably visit again.

The hotel met all of our expectations, delivering exactly what we were looking for. The staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our experience the best it could be.

When travelling, it is rare - even in the greatest hotel chains where cookie-cutter rooms and, and robotic service prevail - to be surprised. Such was our surprise at the low profile and fabulous photographs of Agua Barú, that we thought this booking might even be a scam. But, oh my gosh it’s not, and prepare to find yourself in sublime heaven. We stayed in Casita 3: a stand-alone house, a hop skip and a jump away from the waterfront, surrounded by gardens of lush greenery with multiple seating/relaxing places, and its own jewel-like swimming pool. All this, in itself, is heaven. But the glorious bedroom with vaulted ceiling, and GORGEOUS decor (a very talented Swiss lady, I am told, decked it out) is where you will be cocooned in blissful comfort and utter contentment. A large terrace extends from the bedroom (more delectable lounging spots) with a view across the bay which will knock your socks off. Every imaginable thing you might need has been considered. The bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in: the sheets, pillows, bath towels and robes - all of the highest quality - were perfection. Am I exaggerating, you might ask? No, seriously, this place is divine. And best of all, you have the discrete, but ever present service of your personal ‘butler’? In our case the constantly smiling and attentive Itati who would organise deliveries of delicious food from the on-site restaurant, prep a kayak for a scoot around the bay, and send in the troops to catch a scary spider. Itati, you are an angel! If Casita 3 was not perfect enough, nearby, it has a ‘big sister’ house with three bedrooms and dreamy communal entertaining spaces, and a huge infinity pool overlooking that stunning view I mentioned, where I hope to return with my family. Yes, this is definitely worth the journey to get to, and the memories I take away with me are of dreamy, joyful elation. I can hardly wait to return.
