Located 200 metres from Spratt Bight Beach, Aquamare Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in San Andrés and features an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. The hotel is very nice, clean and new. There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

Located in Providencia and with Fresh Water Bay reachable within 300 metres, HOTEL POSADA DEL MAR provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Everything was great, the hotel has a coffee station in the lobby with potable water which is very helpful, it is close to a supermaket and great restaurants. The rooms are clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Situated in Providencia, 700 metres from Playa Manzanillo, Hotel YELLOW HOME Providencia Isla features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Doris and Caesar are great hosts. The bungalow is nice and the garden lush, green and inviting.

Located in San Andrés, 1.2 km from Calle de las Palmeras Beach, Blue Lizard House offers accommodation with free WiFi, a balcony or a patio and access to a garden and a year-round outdoor pool. Blue lizard house was my second home in San Andrés. Liz and Luis were wonderful host/hostess. They were really attentive and wonderful people. The place was a bliss, a beautiful hotel far away from the centre of the island which can be very stressful and chaotic. The pool is right next to the sea and there’s also a deck if you want to watch the sunset

Perfect view of the sea from an ample balcony. Good location, next to supermarkets, 5 minutes walking to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The flat is just as in the pictures.

Located 2.4 km from Fort Bay, Posada Lkjay Providencia Isla offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Were there for 12 amazing days. Lyndon is really nice host and his posada is awesome. There is small pool with fresh water, terraza and nice garden. Also he has lot of contact for rent bikes, kayaks etc.

The fact that our room had sunshine only in the morning, the pool and the garden, the kindness of our hosts. We highly recommend this comfortable place perfect for couples and families. 10 minutes walk from the beach and center with shops and restaurants.
