UkraineMany thanks to the owner, Peter, for his hospitality. A lovely apartment with a magnificent ocean view. It’s just a few metres from the ocean, the grounds are green with plenty of plants, and everything is clean and tidy. I recommend the restaurant next to the hotel; if you’re getting takeaway, for 30 euros you can get a large fish and a generous portion of grilled vegetables and rice, which was enough for two people for two lunches.

United KingdomExcellent location, 5 minutes walk to beach and 10 minutes to the town centre. Small supermarkets and 2 bars a couple of minutes around the corner. Apartment is on the ground floor, close to the large pool with comfortable beds, clean and a well equipped kitchen. Nice area to sit outside where we could watch the sunset. Security visible at all times. Host was easy to communicate with, checking in was straight forward and she ensured everything was fine and responded quickly to questions. Superb value for money and would stay again.

United KingdomThis property is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The owner is very helpful and accommodating too. You won’t regret staying here. It is a bit of a walk to Santa Maria down a busy dusty road - but there is an occasional shuttle bus or taxis are 5€ 500 cve. However the upside is that the apartment is just a short walk from an incredibly beautiful beach - lovely to swim in with cafes, bars and diving trips etc on offer. It is also very close to a handy little supermarket. The best restaurants are in Santa Maria though - and they are really really good. Very sad to be leaving this lovely place!

Pedro, the owner, was so helpful and communicative, giving us clear instructions on how to find, enter and lock the property. He also recommended some restaurants for us and was so kind in letting us vacate the property later on our departure day.

The staff are incredible, the people in general in Cape Verde are very friendly. The breakfast was okay, I expected more to be honest. The beach is beautiful, and very near the hotel. There are beds available on the beach, free to use. The pool is big and nice. The room was great and clean. WiFi got bad after a couple of days staying and support didn't do much tbh.

The location was amazing and the staff even better. Right in the city centre very close to the boulevard, pier and beach.
Kevin from the bar was really friendly and helpful. The cleaners were great. They cleaned the rooms every day and made it spotless. Absolutely clean, you could eat of the floor. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom as well. Also nice to have a balcony to dry our swimwear.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful and well run. The room was immaculate, spacious and well appointed. The grounds are well kept with 3 swimming pools. The location couldn't be better with a clean beach and turquoise sea directly in front, and 2mins walk from the main walking street. The place is so well kept you its hard to believe that this was the original hotel on Sal built years ago. A much better option than all the bland generic All Inclusive hotels up the beach.

Location only 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria beach, 10 minutes in to the town. There's a nice walkway along the beach that leads to the pier. Hosts always very quick to respond to any queries. Apartment complex well maintained with nice gardens and super clean swimming pool. Very quiet location, & corner balcony on the third floor. Also very handy having a mini market on site, open til 9.30pm.

Very good apartment in the centre of Santa Maria. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Noisy at night due to location surrounded by bars and restaurants but very good sound insulation and air con, so no problem . Roof top swimming pool with good sun loungers.
