Nice staff: very friendly and helpful and we got some great tips, like Restaurace Kaminek. Nice place: Going up the mountains to visit the waterfalls is a great trip. Weather was nice too.

The apartment is newely renovated and across the street of the restaurant where you get breakfast. Apartment was really clean and had everthing we needed. There are gamerooms for the kids in the reastaurants, really friendly staff and coctails, beer for a great price.

As a South African with no experience driving in snow, I felt completely supported — he even drove my car up the hill and parked it for me every day. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. Wonderful holiday, great ski areas nearby, charming villages and cities close by. A real gem. Highly recommended.
