OREA Resort Horizont Šumava is located on the southern slope of Pancíř Hill. It offers an indoor swimming pool and a terrace with panoramic views. Wellness facilities can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel is located in a beautiful region. Despite the fact that it was full of tourists, everything was very calm, organized and silent. We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

There are three vacation houses adjacent to each other with a lovely shared pool at one end (size approx. 3,5 x 7 meter). This is clearly a vacation home instead of an apartment (which the name suggests) and has an excellent build quality, furnishing, room-specific cooling and heating settings. Two great bathrooms and separate storage for your bikes and other sports equipment.
