The SPA experience was amazing, didn’t have many people so felt comfortably fine. The memory mattresses were cool. The breakfast was super tasty!!! I wish to come back with my family again. This visit was too short, to enjoy the facilities. Loved also the perfectly white towels and bed lining. Superb!

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenkönig. We had booked it for our 45th wedding anniversary based on reviews that the food was so good and it was a very welcoming atmosphere. And sure enough, the food was exceptional. Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Eggs were made to order, bacon was cooked for you too, French toast, oatmeal... all made to order. The buffet part of the breakfast was great. Mini croissants delicious. We took the half board option and were treated to gourmet-like food as well as presentation of the food. Delicious! The room we had was very big and comfortable with a sitting area. Everything was spotless. The walk into town was roughly 5 minutes. The scenery is beautiful. I highly recommend taking the Hündlebahn cable car. Beautiful open views and many possible walks. The owners were very welcoming and caring. Altogether a great vacation.

The appartment was in a great condition and upon arrival was everything clean and polished (except for the windows). The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything needed. The underground parking was very convenient. Location is also amazing - close to the main street, supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, Kurpark is also almost around the corner. We have also tried dinner from the restaurant and it was very tasty. Oberstaufen card is also great as one can use 3 Bergbahnen for free which is great. Despite of the negatives described below, we would definitely come back again and we can fully recommend this place.
