The staff was very friendly and the hospitality they've displayed (from reception to restaurant, across all over the facility) was nothing but excellent. The breakfast was having a great variety even including gluten-free bread and musli options although I haven't requested them prior to my arrival. The view of the restaurant, the sincere atmosphere and the people made my 1 night stay a memorible one. Thank you everyone for everything!

The staff is extremely friendly - everyone greeted us or even did some small talk. From the cleaning staff up to the manager. The gym and spa area is very clean and well equipped incl a great view to the mountains. As, I am pregnant, I was amazed how well the kitchen was prepared for that. I did not have to worry about eating anything which could harm my baby.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was great, with a fireplace, jacuzzi, a private sauna on the balcony and of course great view to the two castles. We also enjoyed the relaxation room and the heated swimming pool outside. Had some nice cocktails at the bar, too. A big thank you to the kitchen for preparing something to eat despite our late arrival, and of course for the beautiful flowers, rose petals, champagne and candles the second day.

The view from the room window was great - you can see the mountains. The view from the hotel restaurant windows is very beautiful: you can see both castles. The hotel terrace overlooks lake Alpsee. Large, convenient but paid parking with cards. Spacious, large room with all amenities, comfortable bed, very good terrace for two people. Fast internet, very tasty breakfast, there were two restaurants: luxurious and traditional, simpler with a very wide menu. It was very convenient to get to both castles and to the Marienbridge right from the hotel: by bike, on foot, by bus, with horses and a carriage.

good size room and very pleasant staff. When I arrived it was raining and I was soaked, I was walking the king Ludwig Way. The Mountain View I was supposed to get from my room was poor, rain clouds everywhere. Next morning however, the clouds had gone and the view was to die for. definitely a hotel I would stay at again.
