The location! 🤩 The hotel is located up the hill in Hopfen am See, a stunning place in the Allgäu region with breathtaking views all around, most of all of Schloss Neuschwanstein which can be seen from a distance. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, the apartment was spacious and the food was exceptional (organic and locally grown) - fantastic breakfast buffet and a delicious choice of freshly cooked dishes every evening. The pool area is spacious and welcoming and there are free aquagym courses on offer.

The location is great, the room was cozy with small balcony, very good breakfast (variousness), quiet in the night, very friendly staff (reception and kitchen) I arrived after 12pm I just wanted to leave my luggage till check-in time and I found out that my room was ready so I could check-in early (very appreciated). The hotel is worth to stay :)

Clean comfortable hotel in a beautiful location with excellent spa facilities. Plus points for us was tesla charger included in cost, we are a family of vegetarians and vegans and we're well catered for. Ate in restaurant for 3 meals, all excellent with great service. Staff very friendly and helpful. We opted for a balcony room for one of us which was amazing with views of neuschwanstein Castle and the lake and mountains. 2 other rooms were without the view but were large and comfortable.

Staff were all so helpful and actually looked to be enjoying their jobs, an unusual thing in the current climate! Room was good and dinner was superb! Stopped off on a motorcycle tour to Austra and think we may even go back the same way as the hotel was so good!

I liked everything. We were welcomed by a glass of a fine sparkling wine. Our room had a view to Neuschwanstein Castle and beautiful farms with cows grazing. We could hear their bells. The room was very comfortable, elegantly decorated and very cozy. The staff was really nice and everything we asked of them was attended right away. The pool had a view to the castle and was comfortably warm. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for everyone.
