Beautiful property and very clean, comfortable flats. Also breakfast is amazing! Great selection from salty to sweet stuff. Peter is an amazing host. We did not know if the huette on our hiking trek was open and he offered to call the property and it happened that the mountain resort was closed due to the weather conditions. However Peter made our day, when he showed us another amazing trek and even more beautiful huette for the day trip! We also forgot a scarf at the property but Peter sent it to our address without any fee!!! Amazing accommodation with even more amazing hosts! Thank you! We will come back!

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Great location just outside the town but with only a 10 minute walk. Just around the corner from the famous waterfall and a superb steak restaurant. Parking in the basement was a real bonus given the snow and ice. Didn't try the restaurant but the bar was great. Good buffet breakfast.

This hotel is pristine clean, the facilities wonderful, and a lovely location right on the side of the lake. However, what makes the hotel even more wonderful is the staff; they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, delivering an excellent customer service throughout our stay. I think this is more appreciated as we were English and spoke hardly any German, and it was a predominantly German hotel (as we expected). This was the first stop on our Honeymoon, and they were wonderful on upgrading our room so that it had views of both the mountains and the lake, adding rose petals on the bed, they decorated the table formally for our first dinner, and as a farewell they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. I particular want to identify two members of staff who were particularly lovely ; Lara who was on reception and greeted us to the hotel was very nice and made us feel very welcome. And Sören, who we believe was the restaurant manager, and who looked after us on both evening meals, and whose customer service was outstanding, ensuring we were comfortable the entire time.

The staff is extremely friendly - everyone greeted us or even did some small talk. From the cleaning staff up to the manager. The gym and spa area is very clean and well equipped incl a great view to the mountains. As, I am pregnant, I was amazed how well the kitchen was prepared for that. I did not have to worry about eating anything which could harm my baby.

The staff here were so very obliging and helpful. Really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The mountain views from our room were amazing not to mention the view of Neuschwanstein every morning. The Bavarian countryside is breathtaking and we enjoyed every moment.

good size room and very pleasant staff. When I arrived it was raining and I was soaked, I was walking the king Ludwig Way. The Mountain View I was supposed to get from my room was poor, rain clouds everywhere. Next morning however, the clouds had gone and the view was to die for. definitely a hotel I would stay at again.
