PolandVery walm welcomed, we felt taken care the whole stay. Staff very helpful, open to our needs and kids. The room was wonderfull, large ( separate room for kids is a great idea) with the stunning views of Zugspitze. if it comes to breakfast a lot of choice, the eggs and pancakes made to order. fresh product with local twist. The spa area with the viewing teracce is the top. You can see the whole valley, especially nice at the sunset. I would recommend for romantic or family stay. We will come back for sure

Very friendly staff and nice place to relax with the nature and hiking-tracks at the door-step. Breakfast was really nice.
We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant in the evening, so we will have to come back. Very nice pool and spa facilities and there was a very nice calm to the place. Very nice waterfall just a 5 min walk from the place.

The pools were brilliant. Swimming outdoors in the infinity pool with that scenery all around was breathtaking. The breakfast basket was generous. Everywhere was clean

The hotel offers aesthetically pleasing accommodations with comfortable rooms and exceptionally hospitable staff. We were provided with an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food and the service were both excellent. The swimming pool is well-maintained and offers breathtaking views. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Everything.. Amazing location, beautiful chalet fully equipped with things you need to make your own meals and lovely people. They also have sauna, thermal room and a natural swimming pool. We wish we had more time here to enjoy all facilities

The outside spa area is this hotels jewel in the Crown, with great views of the castle and mountains in the distance. we experienced it on a Sunny Day so were able to lounge in the Sun and pop in and out of jacuzzi and swimming pool. In poor weather this is going to be a very different experience.

Nice room with very comfortable beds and bedding.
Wonderful location, lots of places to see within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Close to town of Fussen which is close enough to walk to.
Fantastic swimming pools and spa facilities. Being able to swim outside and admire the views was lovely.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you
