Set in a grand Baroque palace with scenic gardens, this 5-star hotel in Bergisch Gladbach offers views as far as Cologne Cathedral. I do not eat a traditional breakfast, but I had the staff prepare the coffee with my "special ingredients" and my fortified Orange juice" which they brought to my room each morning to help me to start my day, just as I do at home. We also had a meal at the Trattoria Enoteca, which was both, excellent food and service. The wine was Spectacular!!
